Cordaid, one of the largest Dutch development aid organizations, has chosen Exact’s fully integrated front office solution Exact Synergy to help manage their worldwide projects.

An extensive European tender process had resulted in Exact being selected as the best solution for Cordaid. Efficiently managing the intake and assessment processes of development aid projects is key for Cordaid. Exact Synergy will allow them to better support and manage these core processes. On top of this, the software will optimize the communication and collaboration between all Cordaid partners worldwide. By enabling employees, projects and partners to connect real time via a browser, Exact Synergy will enable better communication and collaboration. This will contribute to a more effective and productive organization.

René Grotenhuis, managing director Cordaid: “Choosing one integrated product offers us the advantage of a proven, standardized solution. Moreover, the Exact software is flexible enough to seamlessly connect to our specific business processes and integrate with our existing software. This way we are able to obtain the improved efficiency we are aiming for.”

Exact Synergy offers the possibility to integrate all information and documentation related to projects and partners into one single platform. Connecting and organizing information, people and processes real time will provide all employees and stakeholders with a complete overview of all relevant and related activities and communications.

Henk Tuijn, operations manager and involved in the European tender for Cordaid adds: “The integration of project registration, customer relationship management and document management within Exact Synergy will offer us a lot of advantages.”

Hans ten Hove, director of Exact Software Netherlands, is very excited about winning Cordaid as a new customer: “Cordaid’s choice underlines the excellent position and possibilities that our software offers to non-governmental organizations. We hope to further establish this position in the Netherlands.”
