With the new Reader Module generation ID CPR40.0x, FEIG ELECTRONIC offers a high capacity family of Reader Modules for Reading and Writing of ISO14443-A/-B transponders.

Beside the new Desktop-Reader ID CPR40.30, this is a further increase of the markets for Ticketing, ePayment and NFC.

Each of the six currently available variants support Part 4 of the ISO standard 14443 and satisfies the customers with high operation speed and low power consumption.
The higher operation speed is caused by the so-called „Command Queue“. With this Command Queue a sequence of commands can be sent to the reader module within one poll. The result is an explicit reduction of communication cycles between reader module and host.

Beside the six new Reader Modules ID CPR40.0x, there are still the ISO 15693 / ISO14443 Reader Modules ID CPR.M02.VP/AB-B and -BA respectively ID CPR.M02.VP/AB-C and -CA available. So FEIG ELECTRONIC offers still these combined Reader Modules beside the new, pure ISO14443 Modules..

Finally the customer can choose currently between 10 Reader Module variants, with internal or external antenna, different interfaces and different transponder protocols to meet the requirements of several applications.
Beside access control applications, the Reader Modules can be integrated into terminals, vending machines or Handhelds to be used in applications like Ticketing and Electronic Fare-Management, ePayment, eDocument and NFC-based applications.
