INFORM receives “Promising” rating in leading analyst firm's Marketscope report for supply chain planning: process automation 2009

INFORM has received a “Promising” rating in Gartner’s “Marketscope for Supply Chain Planning: Process Automation 2009”*. In total, 18 supply chain planning solution suppliers were evaluated for this report.

Evaluated on the basis of Market Understanding, Offering (Product) Strategy, Industry Strategy, Geographic Strategy, Product/Service, Overall Viability and Customer Service, INFORM was rated “promising”.

Cathy Humphreys, UK country manager at INFORM states: “We are extremely pleased with this ‘promising’ rating, as we believe it confirms that our strategy of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction not only with the quality of the add*ONE and Felios products but with the relationships with our people, the total project solutions and the long-term support is really paying off. The add*ONE products are functionally rich for the defined scope of process support with clear exception-based management and high levels of visibility and usability for enabling significant improvements in the planning process. We are confident that this clear focus for our products ensures that we remain a cost-effective option for many companies requiring very good solutions in our key market sectors”.
