Eric Friedmann is the new Technical Support Manager EMEA at Datamax- O’Neil, the leading global provider of stationary and portable ticket and label printers. He is managing the technical support team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and ensuring optimum integration of EMEA services into the international support provided by Datamax-O'Neil. With his expertise, he is ensuring that Datamax-O'Neil customers are fully supported in their use of portable and stationary printers in the industrial, pharmaceutical, transport, logistics and retail sectors.
