Andrea Percival, managing director of Maxatec added: “We have always tried to make sure that there is minimal overlap with the products we take to market and that they are not over-distributed in the mainstream channel, this has proved to be a major factor in our success as a respected value added distributor.”

Christian Bischoff, Regional General Manager EMEA, at Datamax-O’Neil said: “We are committed to expanding our presence in the Automatic Identification (AutoID) market in the EMEA region. Our challenge is that this market has reached maturity, with well-educated and knowledgeable end users as well as an established distribution channel. To achieve our goals we need to work with high calibre partners that have the depth of knowledge and a strong track record in the industry. Therefore we are delighted that Maxatec has agreed to become our VAD, as their reputation and capabilities will help to support our business objectives.”
