With the Proximity Desktop Reader ID CPR40.30, FEIG ELECTRONIC offers an elegant and at the same time powerful Desktop Reader for several applications.


Beside the usage at the Point of Sale for ePayment applications, the reader is suitable especially for Ticketing applications and the Reading and Writing of ePassports.

The Multi-tag Reader supports a multitude of ISO transponders 14443-A/-B like mifare®, my-d®, STM, JewelTM etc.




















Beside a high data transfer rate of up to 847 kBit/s and a PC/SC driver USB, the reader with integrated antenna offers as the variant ID CPR40.30-US two SAM sockets for additional security features.

The Desktop Reader was developed especially for these kinds of applications, currently dominating the markets for Smart Cards and requiring a fast and reliable data transfer with current ISO 14443-A and ISO 14443-B transponders. These are ePayment applications as well as Reading and Writing of Loyalty Cards at the Point of Sale, Ticketing applications, Electronic Fare Management and NFC based applications.
