Business flourishing for BCP
30 June 2007
The last twelve months has seen considerable sales success for solutions specialist BCP, with both new and existing customers taking advantage of its Accord suite of modern, open and scaleable systems.

New customers include clients returning to Accord after trying other systems, as well as companies completely new to BCP. Many new customers wish to remain anonymous to protect the competitive advantage derived from their investments, but we can reveal that BCP’s new clients
include five cash & carry/delivered food specialists, with Essex Flour & Grain and Bako NW among them. In addition, BCP has continued its expansion into the non-food sector adding fragrance and cosmetic distributors and book specialists to its client portfolio.

New sales have been driven by BCP’s recognised industry experience, consistent track record in delivering successful implementations and Accord’s reputation for providing comprehensive, business-wide functionality able to drive real improvements in customer service and business performance. Accord’s core technology provides a reliable, proven and very scaleable basis for a business. Truly open and providing seamless integration and true visibility, Accord has immense reporting powers and gives the user full control of the information available.

In addition, new technologies, such as BCP’s highly flexible voice directed warehouse solution, have attracted not only new clients but considerable investment from existing customers, eager to make the most of Accord’s increased range or modules. The demand for Voice, in particular, continues to grow, with more and more customers signing up for Accord’s proven Voice WMS solution, whilst others are adding modules such as web ordering, CRM, Internet EDI and Business Alerts.

These are very exciting times at BCP. With several new projects with existing clients scheduled for 2007/08 and a healthy pipeline of new companies exploring how Accord can help them, BCP expects the next twelve months to be even busier than the last.
