The 12 user system will be implemented in 2007 and will integrate seamlessly to Freshfayre’s other IT systems.
BCP was chosen because of its industry expertise and reputation for delivering successful Voice solutions to other food and drink distributors. In particular, Freshfayre were impressed by Accord’s comprehensive functionality and ability to meet the sophisticated needs of a chilled food and drinks business.
Dave Dillon, Freshfayre Operations Director, explains: “BCP worked closely with us, through a series of workshops, to understand the details of our business processes and how their solution would work for us.
