EXDS supply and support the complete range of CubiScan® products throughout the UK and Europe. The CubiScan automatically captures weight and volumetric data on products and parcels. This information is critical to an effective and optimised supply chain.

Our most popular Cubing solution is the CubiScan® 100 which comes as a static device, but can be made mobile using a cubi-cart. In a warehouse situation this improves the speed of capturing the data as the CubiScan is taken to the product and whole sections can be measured in a short space of time.

Other models in the range include the Cubiscan 30 designed specifically for the book, CD and DVD market; The Cubiscan 50-PS part scanner for small irregular shaped products; The Cubiscan 150 manifesting table for larger sized goods and the Apache Portal for palletised and ugly freight.

EXDS can offer a variety of software solutions for the CubiScan to complement your logistics systems, the data captured by the CubiScan can be transferred to your chosen target system by real time, online emulation or by batch transfer, exporting to other applications, for example Microsoft Excel.
