HighJump Software Appoints Patrick Spangler as Chief Financial Officer
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.

HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain execution solutions, today announced the appointment of Patrick Spangler as Chief Financial Officer.


“As we continue to execute on our growth strategy to establish leadership positions in specific supply chain software categories, experienced senior leadership is critical,” said Timothy Campbell, CEO and President, HighJump Software. "Pat’s experience with global operations, mergers and acquisitions, boards of directors, private equity ownership, financing alternatives, public company requirements and overall business leadership will be a critical asset to HighJump Software.”

Spangler previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and of ev3 Inc. (EVVV), a leading medical technology provider. Spangler also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at EMPI Inc., a distributor of medical device products. Prior to joining EMPI Inc. Spangler held several senior management positions at Medtronic, Inc. Spangler holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
