A-Selver AS selects Aldata to support supply chain and store processes

A-Selver AS, an Estonian and Latvian chain of supermarkets and hypermarkets specialising in food products and convenience goods, has selected Aldata, one of the global leaders in supply chain software for retail, wholesale and logistics companies to support supply chain and store operations.
Aldata will be supplying G.O.L.D. Central for centralised master data, buying, assortment management and price management, G.O.L.D. Shop to manage the store back office of sales outlets including store replenishment management and G.O.L.D. Mobile for in-store mobile operations such as store reception and re-ordering management.
Selver operates from 23 stores in Estonia and is planning to open 15 stores in Latvia by the end of 2009. The solution will first be deployed in Latvia and is scheduled to be rolled out in Autumn 2008. The Estonian G.O.L.D implementation will take place after that in 2009.
